incomplete scan

When I perform a complete range discovery from 25 MHZ up to 1.2 Gig conventional discovery the bcd436 does not complete the scan. It starts off with the sound of all stations being picked up in the beginning and then goes silent and stops at different frequencies, the highest being around 768MHZ.
