indian river trunk change

As of Wed late morning the 800 mhz Edacs analog system stopped working? I cannit find a data/control on the East tower/system and while there is a data/control channel for the west tower/system it will not trunk. The 153.92 IR Fire simulcast still works but only by manually selecting freq's can...
