inside building repeater

Hello, any thoughts on how best to setup a passive repeater for a mototurbo radio at 460mhz. I have some towers that I need to talk to but they are farther away and the HT 7550 rigs keep beeping that the tower signal is lost. I was trying to see what suggestions folks had on enhancing the signal...
