keller pd

Hello, I am trying to set up to listen to the Keller PD but I am having trouble setting the scanner up. I can hear other departments in the area but nothing out of Keller. My scanner is a Uniden BDC436HP. Will this scanner work for that? If so, any ideas or tips on how to set it up so I can get...
