key unlock

Hi, I've had two receive only TK-380s for several years and somehow locked one of the radio's...I cannot find the key sequence to UNLOCK the one radio. I've look on the web high and low....It's gotta be easy...I've tried blindly pressing and holding but no luck....Please help... Thanks much ...
