I removed the Band Selector knob from my AOR LA-400 to clean it but cannot remember which out of the five Band Selector positions it was in. As the rotary Band Selector knob rotates continuously either clock or anti-clockwise, how can I find out so that I know that the white dot aligns spot-on...
