When on "Channel A" the radio doesn't respond to direct channel access from the mic keypad (i.e. in memory mode pressing "123" should take the radio to memory channel 123); when on "Channel B" the direct channel access works just fine. I've tried the 'factory reset' (Power on => M => M => M)...
