live audio delay

Was listening to my live audio feed tonight and thought I was receiving duplicate calls from earlier in the day . When I caught the time from dispatch they said 17:27 and it was 20:52 at the time. I was hearing calls from almost 3 1/2 hours previous. What is happening? When I checked...
