military radio frequencies

I'm not entirely sure where to ask. My friend was messing around on SDR++ (I'm not super familiar with the hobby), and he picked up these voices on 268.249.165 Mhz (a tad concerning because his software said it was on the Military Air Band). Does anybody know what these could be of? Or at least...
