now garbled

Upgraded to Windows 10 from 7. Audio sounds fine on computer speakers BUT when feed goes live on Broadcastify, it is garbled and NOT readable. An suggestions? Have temp turned of Firewall, replaced sound cable from scanner radio to sound card, switched out scanner radio, all with no luck...
