nxdn sentinel

I have an NXDN Trunked System I'm trying to program. It shows in RR Database but NOT in Sentinel. Yes Sentinel Master Data Base is up to date. Trying with SDS100 with Paid NXDN Upgrade, and Firmware Current. Tried programming with ProScan and at a loss there too. Here is the system and thanks...
