phelps ems

I've been having trouble hearing the Phelps tower EMS. I have it in as 453.800MHz, which was the last known frequency I know of. I can hear Canada tower at times. But I'm fairly close to Phelps (like 5 miles or so). Don't know what the problem is unless they changed frequencies, and I didn't...
