plugin help

I have been using the version of SDR sharp from here: https://public-xrp.s3.amazonaws.com/Release-latest.zip I see the nightly releases of SDR Sharp do not include the auto-tune feature. Is there a way to add auto-tune to the nightly releases of SDR#? Many Thanks, Steve AB5ID

I had scanner buddy then recently it is working it is just loud static when it used to be silence until a officer spoke and the local CSX railroad works great like the wed used too.....what is wrong said something about a plunging I can't find someone help
