quick access

I am looking for a way to quickly access memory locations/frequencies on a VHF radio with airband coverage. I love the new touch screen capable radios from Yaesu and Icom but don't know if I could have this capability. Here is an example of what I am looking for. Thank you.

I was wondering if this would be a possibility either on the HomePatrol or via an remote control app such as Siren or RH-536HP or similar? Or if there is a good way for me to access a particular frequency or memory on deand instantly rather than typing it in or scrolling through channels...
