Has anyone had issues monitoring Racine PD? I know that they moved the dispatch center west of I-94, but the rest of the departments come in great! Signal strength is strong but the audio is horrible and hard to understand. I’m using a SDS-100 but when I use my 396XT sounds the same Thanks
