rcs chp bcd396xt

Does any one have suggestions on how to program the RCS? I have a BCD396XT and am using Freescan. I imported the system from Radio Reference(only selecting the groups I am interested in), but it is unwieldy and takes quite a while to scan through. Also I am getting little CHP traffic through...
