riscon protocol channel

RISCON (RI STATE WIDE COMMS) database lists channels, control channels, and alternate control channels. Which of these has the audio I wish to hear? I am using ARC-500 software for my GRE PSR-600. Which prorocol should I use? Thanks so much! sylg
