i was using RPM2 and was able to read and write from the radio with no issues, i go back one day and the COM icon (green usually) under the personality tab is now red and will not read or write, updated drivers, used new cable, no idea whats causing this

I'm having problems trying to log in to my XL-200P. When I go to Utility User login and Change Pin is greyed out, I have RPM2 software on my PC but can't find any settings for User Login. Any help would be appreciated
