Is sonoma county comms system P25 Phase I or are they slowly switching to P25 Phase II? I see there are some ID tables for TDMA. And I am also wondering, which agencies operate on 771.10625, 772.83125, 773.93125, and 774.68125

I used to be able t monitor several frequencies within the Rossmoor retirement community in Walnut Creek. Licenses were listed under Golden Rain Foundation. get nothing but a little noise now. Anyone know if they have changed frequencies or service types? Private security is provided by Securitas
