snow henrico county

Hi All, I was hoping to monitor snowplow and salting operations in Henrico county, but I am hearing nothing of the sort on any of the Henrico Public Works TGs, nor even when I put my scanner into TG search mode. Should I assume that snow removal is on the now encrypted VDOT system? Seems to me...
