Hi. Can anyone help me locate the frequency for the VDOT Safety Service Patrol in the Richmond area? I know in some parts of the state the Safety Service Patrol uses STARS, but I can't locate anything for the Richmond area. I see in the database it is listed as a Comtronics 2 LTR system, but...
