tulsa police digital

I know that Tulsa County uses OKWIn P25 Phase 1 Simulcast. Can I use the BCD996P2 or do I have to spend the money for SDS200, which is out of my price range? This is my first post. Thanks in advance.

Any updates, or additional info, as to why TPD is still using analog for primary dispatch, after about a 2-3 week period of using digital.... thanks
