Why is it that If I delete a system in freescan and then add a new one with the same quick key as the previous system.... Sometimes the old system is still there on the display but no where to be found on the radio or freescan? Example.... Deleted (HOMEFIRE/EMS) and made (BETHEL)...

I have the P2 of a friend here, I can't get it to receive the same signals that my Homepatrol 1 is getting. I must be doing something wrong. I am using freescan, and getting the info from radioreference, but to no avail! K4DPS' video show him importing the interoperability into the freescan...

I have my frequencies programmed into my groups and that all seems good per a couple Yotub3 videos I followed. But when I hit scan it defaults to a Public Safety channel with so:12. There is no SO:12 programmed. I have a so:1 and so:2. It wont scan my SO:1 Goup:1 just tries to scan this...

Im in the dallas/fort worth area of texas and have programed by bcd996p2 to where I can listen to the local police stations. I can not hear some of them though (Specifically p25's). Are they encrypted and if so how do I fix it so I can listen to them. Mostly need Fort Worth, Tx. Any help...
