uniden bc355n

I recently purchased this Bearcat BC355N scanner, but cannot get it to load frequencies. No button will work, I've factory reset numerous times. I'm dead trying to figure it out! Dmg1969, if you see this, was there resolution from the previous thread regarding this model?

For sale is a used Uniden BC355N base scanner. Hardly used. Includes Box, scanner, bnc antenna, power cable, mounting bracket, and window antenna. No Manual. I will accept PayPal (goods and services) and USPS money order for payment. Buyer pays shipping. I will ship priority mail.
