wind cave

i had seen online on several sites that Jewel Cave has 170.050 in use but i'm in range of that site and dont hear anything on that channel at all. i know for sure Wind Cave has been using the channel for P25 traffic, wondering if Jewel Cave has also switched to P25 ?
