xpr 7380e

I have three (3) radios that I seem to not be able to talk to each other on analog simplex. Radios: XTS2500, XPR7580e, XPR7380e Frequency range: 850-860 MHZ Everything matches. All DPLs match up and the Signaling Systems are all turned off. The XPR7580e and XTS would talk to each other but...
