xpr3500e

I have two XPR3500e's that will not see the cable. Computer says will not see (recognize) cable on just these two. I have programmed a bunch of others . All same model. Any hints ? Tricks ?

Does anyone know the standard feature set that the radio has out of the box without purchasing Entitlement ID’s & upgrades? Is Bluetooth standard or do you need to buy an EID for it? Is this what the standard feature-set looks like for this radio?
