Hi all, I’m trying to figure out how to wire up my SVR-200 to my XTVA. I’ve got it all figured out except for the COR and TXing wires for the SVR. My question is this: is there a COR output on the XTVA? I’m just gonna tie the ptt and TXing lines together.

I have an XTS5000 type III and an XTVA portable base with 50 watt linear. In theory I should just put the radio in and it will boost the 5 watt radio signal. But it doesn’t work. It’s a brand-new, old stock XTVA that was completely unused (kept in reserve) so there’s nothing wrong with it. But...

I just saw the movie last night named "Paul", with an alien being chased by Feds. One of the cars in use had a Saber vehicle adapter of some sort in use. It looked like an AVA, but did not see enough of it to tell which handset was in use. Pretty nice to see this though as they still get used...
