I hear Fayette County has swapped radio services and had someone else come in and fix their NXDN problems. Also heard they may have changed RAN codes, can anyone confirm?

I was working in Whiteville last week and did monitor the Sheriff's Department on their NXDN system using a RAN of 24. I verified 4 tower sites that were active using DSD+ but wasn't in a location to verify all of them. I was also receiving NXDN digital audio on their analog frequency 460.275 but did not copy any traffic. It does not seem to be linked to the regular NXDN system because when I heard traffic on the NXDN system, I was not decoding the same audio on the analog channel.
One thing I did notice is that Fayette County is using the NXDN 9600 mode instead of the NXDN 4800 that Gibson County is using. While monitoring them they seemed to be communicating well with no problems.

I am thinking of getting a new scanner and was wondering what brand you would recommend for monitoring NXDN systems?

Fayette county had the cars switch to Channel 1 460.275 and the other channel 1 frequencies through out the Site roaming system yesterday afternoon for several hours throughout the night to test the channel 1 sites. They are currently back on Channel 2 as of this moment.

After doing some more research I am able to pick up 6 sites using a RAN of 24 using NXDN 9600 mode, was able to listen all last week from Haywood Co. Sounded pretty good to me. Sort of strange the id for dispatch is ( DISPATCH CH 2 )

What is the RAN code for the channel 1 sites 9600 nxdn or 4800 nxdn?
