154.9800mhz analog

Hi am hearing someone testing on 154.9800 mhz analog counting and they are driving around on I- 24 and SR -840.They ask how the copy is on the the Blackman site and the Coleman site and which site they are on..Who is this is this a new system ???Thanks.

Murfreesboro Fire. Interestingly enough they are presently using their "alternate" dispatch (159.21) today for primary. I am interested as they have a licenses grant for 700 MHz so not sure why they are spending time tweaking VHF unless it will be used as a link during the transition.
