Yes, it appears to be low power, in-building comms most likely for the justice center. 5 watts ERP might be difficult to monitor from a distance.

With the Sumner Co. SO's venture into NXDN, and the county's alleged shift into P25 on the TACN in the near future, and Hendersonville's foray into DMR, let's just hope the whole county doesn't turn into a "Tower of Babel"-type situation where everyone is on an island of their own.
