From the news footage I've seen so far, it appears that HPD, HCSO District 4, Constables Pct. 4, and Lone Star College North Harris PD are on scene, as well as HFD.

Does anyone know what channel(s) are in use for this incident?

According to witnesses, two men were seen arguing before the shooting. One of the men then pulled out a gun and began shooting.
