Anyone listen to the radio traffic on this one? I read in a story on a local news channel that there was a delay in establishing water supply. Wondering how true that is and if it contributed.

A FF was killed in that one. They were using the legacy tac/talk channel not edacs. Something like 75 units responded. It was pretty bad. I was able to listen from my baofeng Rv2 mobile.
