Three shot, including two DPD offficers, in northeast Dallas

Three people, two Dallas PD officers, as well as a security guard, have been shot near a Home Depot, just southeast of Forest Lane & Central Expressway. Media reports on Ch 8/WFAA describe the officers as being 'low sick', which is a slang term used for extremely critical condition.

Long vehicle chase just ended. Chase involved DPD and other agencies, trying to stop a pickup truck connected with the suspect believed to have shot the officers earlier.

Officers still reported as in critical condition. One reportedly flatlined at a nearby hospital, but was revived, still being treated.
