I heard Devine Fire on their 154.190 repeater this morning with PL 123.0, but it sounded like a multicast of 158.760 County Dispatch. I updated the PL time but left it as Devine FD Dispatch for now.

I hear more dispatching and plates being run on 155.3025 and it is not labeled as a dispatch channel. Is CPD dispatch on this freq?

Thanks for the update. So all law enforcement besides Hondo PD is on the SO primary now? Also, they are running five separate mutual aid repeaters? Seems like a big maintenance cost for all of those repeater sites. They must have got a grant.

Middle Rio Grande uses this frequency in La Salle County, maybe you are hearing that.

Depending on where he is, yep. That one is the primary voice frequency for the Cotulla site. I hear Zavala SO, Dimmit SO and LaSalle SO on it constantly when I am in the area. Nothing but traffic stops and occasional cows/horses loose.

Rode through Natalia and Devine this morning. 155.3025 Fire/EMS was active, 155.9325 didn't come in too well in the SE part of the county. I was picking it up in analog and digital both though. Are they set up in dynamic dual mode to where the repeater passes both modes? (i.e. P25 users will hear the analog users when they key the repeater)

Mixed mode

Yes. They are running mixed mode. But no one on so 1 and 2 use analog unless for some reason Digital is not working. They are also running secure select. Also they are running modulation in CPCSQ not C4FM. On a radio the new simulcast system works great

Sounds good. I had always wondered what Medina Co planned on doing with all those VHF repeater sites they licensed as trunked VHF. There are still several repeater pairs that are licensed but apparently not used yet.

Not sure if this is normal operation but 155.9325 was encrypted tonight on some of the transmissions.
