The City of Dallas has a Mass Casualty Exercise scheduled for Sunday March 18th, 8am to Noon.
Various city departments, including PD & Fire, will be involved as will the larger hospitals. The scenario is for a stage collapse at the Majestic Theater, with 300 personnel from 25+ agencies, as well as 700 volunteers.

'Victims' will be rescued and their medical condition evaluated for treatment or transport to an appropriate facility.
Nothing specified as to which radio channels or talkgroups will be used, but I suspect at least some of them will be on the city's trunked system.
