Appears to be some sort of DPD activity on 05-095. Lots of status reports and officer in/out of service reports. Don't see it in the database. Lots of DNC-RST callsigns. Any idea what this might be?

Scanning since the 70's to today.
There's going to be a lot of unused groups showing up with this event that normally are dormant.
I was hearing pro voice in use on that TG earlier in the Day 8/23 though I will revisit it. Patch 4 TG 1540 (12-004) had Dispatch 2, 3, 4 and 5 together while Dispatch 1 and 6 were dispatched individually.
Unless GRE radically changed how the PSR-500/600 deals with EDACS patching I would add all the patch groups 1537-1543 (12-001 thru 12-007) to the mix for this event.
