Strange conditions into Richmond, VA late morning today,
Hearing loud buzzing sound on 32.225 and strong carrier on 27.650 (this always seems to be around when the band is open, so I'm thinking its not local. The usual Spanish-speaking outbanders on 26.715 and 26.725 and SSB nets on 27.425 and 27.445. Not much else though.
What's confusing me is I'm hearing a strong pager/telemetry signal on 30.020, and my scanner decodes a PL of either 250.3 or 203.5, alternating between the two. I've never heard paging this low on lowband before, anybody have any idea where its coming from?
