Hello all,

Last couple times when I'm in Chicago over the past few months, I pick up this site from Downtown Chicago with moderate signal strength but could never quite figure out who the system owner is. Does anyone have more information on who this might be?

Motorola testing system?

Motorola Solutions headquarters is at:
500 W Monroe St Ste 4400,
Chicago, IL 60661

I know when they were previously headquartered out in Schaumburg people used to report some oddball testing systems on the air.
