I've been scanning most of the VHF / UHF / 800 frequencies listed in the NIFOG manual since the EF-3 struck Clay & Center Point. The only traffic I have heard has been on 155.01000MHz (StateNet) and 155.04000 (State Fire). Fire Departments assisting Center Point operated on Center Points "channel-1".
On the 800 SmartZone system "PCALL" TGID 22896 was used a lot by law enforcement immediately after the Tornado struck and some traffic (sounded like fire stuff) was heard on TG# 22800.
I was curious if anyone has heard any other mutual-aid frequencies in use? I'm using a multi-band "rubber duck" on a pro96 so I may very well have not been able to hear a lot of simplex traffic.
