Hi all,

I will be running 2 feeds but on 1 PC.

My issue is how to specify witch input to use with the new RR Software?

I want to use the LINE IN and MIC IN?

regards,

You set ScannerCast to point to a sound card.
I believe you determine on that sound card what input you are using.

Line in and mic in are options for 1 soundcard. You're going to need a 2nd souncard for the 2nd feed, which can be as simple as a USB soundcard.

To run two separate feeds, you will need two separate soundcards. You cannot specify MIC IN for one and LINE IN for the other. Until you have two soundcards, consider running only one feed. Or if the feeds are related to each other in some distinct respect, you may consider a stereo feed.

In any event, consult the Wiki concerning hardware set-ups for whichever option you decide to go with.
