He has brown eyes and hair, is 4 foot 7, and weighs 78 pounds.
The teenager was last seen wearing a tan shirt with black thin stripes, black pants and black shoes.
The 13-year-old has a deep chin dimple and red rosacea marks on his right cheek.
He was last seen at his home in Mt. Juliet, Tennessee.
The child is autistic and does not speak.
