10-68 persuit

Dodge Ram Van two-tone.

Driver is on the wrong side of the road.
And is all over the road.

A few units are on route.

I didn't think this was a pursuit? May have been one of a large number of 10-68's at this time of the year [and all year round]. Thank God for cell phones and some of these 10-68 drivers are reported and stopped before they kill someone! So if a few units are on route, was a pursuit ever declared? Or were the units just trying to get in position to monitor and stop the vehicle if the driver was 10-68? If it was a pursuit, must have been very short!

I could hear the subject when they pulled him over via a constables radio. He was yelling very loudly right 10-68'ed. They only radioed as they were making visual. But the civilian followed him for about 20 mins out of the good of his kind soul. Took another ******* off the road.
