Wondering if there is a list somewhere of the 10-codes being used around tulsa. I found a couple lists online but i dont think they are correct. Did you guys just learn them from listening in?

There used to be one in the database... everyone pretty much use a version of the DPS/OHP codes except for TPD and TCSO. I'll see if I can find them and post a link.

Tulsa Police/Tulsa County Sheriffs Office 10 codes:
10-1 --- poor transmission
10-2 --- good transmission
10-4 --- "okay"/message recieved
10-5 --- relay info
10-6 --- busy (at location)
10-7 --- out of service
10-8 --- in service
10-9 --- repeat
10-10 --- 10-6, pending a call (TCSO only)
10-11 --- Speaking too fast
10-12 --- is subject listening? (said when dispatcher has something juicy to say)
10-13 --- weather conditions
10-14 --- transporting juvenile
10-15 --- transporting someone in custody
10-16 --- transporting someone not in custody
10-17 --- paperwork/equipment
10-18 --- guard duty (TCSO only)
10-19 --- go to location
10-20 --- what is your location?
10-21 --- phone call
10-22 --- cancel/disregard
10-23 --- standby
10-24 --- ***EMERGENCY SITUATION, NEED BACKUP
10-28 --- vehicle registration
10-29 --- check stolen/wanted/NCIC
10-30 --- against the rules, unprofessional, etc
10-32 --- intoxilizer
10-33 --- ***EMERGENCY, HOLD RADIO TRAFFIC (go 10-63)
10-35 --- confidential info (can't say it over radio)
10-36 --- What's the time?
10-37 --- Identify yourself by name
10-39 --- message delivered
10-42 --- request complete driving record
10-43 --- request driver's license verification
10-45 --- coffee break
10-46 --- meal break
10-47 --- call home/spouse
10-48 --- radio check
10-49 --- bathroom break
10-50 --- no calls holding
10-58 --- hazmat spill
10-59 --- traffic stop
10-63 --- ***EMERGENCY TRAFFIC ONLY
10-64 --- cancel 10-63 status, back to normal
10-65 --- stolen vehicle
10-69 --- any calls holding?
10-70 --- Police helicopter out at base/out for fuel
10-71 --- serving civil process (TCSO only)
10-74 --- 10-6 on community relations (TCSO)
10-75 --- intoxicated driver
10-76 --- non injury vehicle accident
10-77 --- possible injury accident (status unknown)
10-78 --- injury accident
10-79 --- hit and run accident
10-85 --- person possibly needing mental health treatment
10-89 --- 10-6 on part time job (TCSO)
10-90 --- officer welfare check/ are you okay?
10-92 --- serving protective order (TCSO)
10-93 --- alarm cancelled by alarm co
10-95 --- false alarm (intrusion alarm disposition)
