Where do you get all the radio ID labels from

Those are from all from listening and also from watching unitrunker traffic on talkgroups specific to an agency. My unitrunker file was started in 2008, so I have a decent amount of data. I just renamed all ~58k of my user IDs to align with how they are aliased per ARMER guidelines.

Any chance you would share your radio ID's. I would love to use them and compare to my notes.

Unfortunately, No. My database is tainted by some of the system data that i am privy to as part of my occupation. I use Unitrunker as a situational awareness tool at work oddly enough.
