Where you get this info from? Is it possible to apply the Friends and Family discount on top of that? If so... oh my!
Hmm.. I see the F&F coupon says "May not be combined with certain other discounts". In that case, if it's on sale for $399 and they don't take the coupon... still a good deal, but not as nice. $399 vs $349. That extra $50 can buy me a programming cable and 800mhz ducky

I was in Radio shack today to get the 106 with the F&F discount and the sales rep told me that tomorrow it will go on sale for $399 and I could still use the discount so at noon tomorrow I will be at the door!!!!!
Holy smokes! I may wet my pants if that's the case! I'm picking up a 106 tomorrow afternoon, so I'll keep my fingers crossed! Geez, with the sale AND the coupon that's damn near 2 for 1!
Yes you should be able to use your F&F with the sale price!!

I just bought my 106 Thursday as soon as the F&F coupon wne into effect.
I'll get my credit for the difference AND buy a SECOND 106.

Not sure it will be in the paper. Price tags went up in the stores at close toninght. I am not an RS employee...... simply have a close contact.

Several scanners will be on sale in the AM. I looked over the other stuff......... nothing that really jumped out at me.

Nationwide sale or regional
Would like to get some confirmation on this sale being a nationwide thing or regional. I know the Pro-2055 thread I created is almost insane with the varied pricing. I will be at the mall opening tomorrow for the two 106's I know the local store I am near has in stock......I actually felt and played with one today (It was like bags of sand....PM me if you need a reference.....Steve Carell movie). At 1301 I will be at RS's door and have $$$$$ in hand.

I may be wrong but the 197 is not yet type accepted. So you will not be buying one of those in the AM.
As for the F&F, I dont think there is a limit. It has to be branded RS for 30 off. Otherwise its 10 off.
