1088 vs TRX1

I currently have a Whistler 1088. Any advantages for upgrading to TRX1. I currently monitor P25 phase one but out country is switching to phase 2 shortly.

At the moment, the primary difference between the 1088 and TRX-1 are in the firmware - TRX can do NXDN, 1088 cannot.

There may also be some hardware differences (from what I read, more memory, etc. on the TRX which makes it more expandable in terms of features).
