11.252 Mhz USB ??

Anyone have an idea who might be using this freq.? I cant quite make out what is being said. Female voice, talking back and forth to male voice. I have looked all over the internet. Can someone point me in the right direction? Its been coming in off and on this afternoon. I don't listen to a lot of utility stuff. I do hear quite a few EAM messages from my location. The usual freq. 11.175 and 8.992 being the two I receive most, just using my old DX398 , still does a decent job. Anyway, any help or ideas would be appreciated. Thanks Mike

Well, after posting this, I scrolled down to see the unknown volmet thread. One of the freq. is 11.253 usb. So I fired up the radio-------and this is what I am hearing. Coming in much clearer here now. 430pm. Mike
