That's the bandwidth of a narrowband analog signal (2.5kHz
v. 5kHz deviation); nothing to do with spacing between channels.
Regular 5kHz FM deviation gives 16kHz bandwidth. The info comes
from the Industry Canada TAFL search database; that type of info
is available from the FCC database for U.S. stations.
