11288.0 USB Selcal Check

I just caught a SELCAL check and voice comms "Roger That" on 11288.0 USB at 1543 UTC. This used to be a super old US Customs freq which Rockwell Collins managed under contract.

I wonder if this was some Rockwell Collins testing?
